Dan Cameron Plans Major Changes to California Biennial

Former New Museum curator Dan Cameron, who founded the Prospect biennial in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, was hired as chief curator at the Orange County Museum of Art, in Newport Beach, Calif., last year.
