Janine Gordon, whose copyright infringement lawsuit against superstar photographer Ryan McGinley was thrown out last year, has submitted a new appeal, according to Artnet. This time around, she's chosen to represent herself.

In the last case, Ms. Gordon provided some 150 pages of evidence that compared photographs with screengrabs from videos, like Mr. McGinley's "Go Forth" Levi's ad campaign. More details on the new appeal, courtesy of Artnet:

In the 49-page document, filed yesterday with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Gordon argues that the district court judge did not even review her claims -- “none of his analyses addressed them, nor do I believe that he considered them” -- and that his judgments were simply incorrect. The court “exhibited a lack of intrinsic comprehension of art,” she wrote.

Ms. Gordon is also a rapper and, when performing in that capacity, goes by the name Jah-Jah.
