The ADIAF—that's the Association for the International Diffusion of French Art—has announced the nominees for its annual Marcel Duchamp Prize, which awards a young artist working in France with €35,000 ($46,800) and a show at the Centre Pompidou. This year's nominees are as follows:

Farah Atassi
Latifa Echakhch
Claire Fontaine
Raphaël Zarka

The award will be presented during the FIAC art fair in Paris on Oct. 26. Past winners of the prize include Thomas Hirschhorn (2000), Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster (2002), Tatiana Trouvé (2007) and Cyprien Gaillard (2010), who currently has a show at MoMA PS1.

This year's jury is made up of seven international curators, museum directors, artists and collectors:

Jacqueline Matisse-Monnier, artist
Alfred Pacquement, director of the Centre Pompidou
Giovanni Springmeier, collector

Sylvie Winckler, collector

In the spring, the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Libourne will present a show of the nominated artists' work.
