AnimalNY reports that the artist Michael Neff has resurrected a project that gives new life to all those Christmas trees you've been avoiding on the sidewalk lately.

The project hangs 35 discarded trees under the BQE in Williamsburg. Animal has pictures, and it's actually a little grim, what with the dying trees hanging there as they are.

Reminds us of Klara Lidén's project at Reena Spaulings last year. Given that it is under the BQE, though, it most likely smells worse.
