Art Basel Miami Beach opens in South Beach to invited guests today at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Tomorrow, Thursday, Dec. 6, the action moves uptown, to the Deauville Beach Resort, where the New Art Dealers Alliance is presenting its annual Miami Beach fair.
