Wallspace, Printed Matter Among First Recipients of ADAA Emergency Grants

Wallspace, Bortolami Gallery, Derek Eller Gallery and Printed Matter, Inc. are the first recipients of grants from the emergency fund set up by Art Dealers Association of America in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. David Zwirner, whose own gallery was damaged by the storm, donated $50,000 to fund.

Mr. Zwirner said in a statement, “We are grateful that our gallery has the resources to recover swiftly from the storm, but we recognize that some of our valued colleagues are in vulnerable positions. The ADAA Relief Fund will help galleries to restore their spaces and continue their vital contributions to the art community.”
