It’s hard to believe that it’s already been one year since the last Art Basel Miami Beach! But here we are. From Dec. 6 through 9, more than 250 international galleries will present work to an international cast of curators, collectors and various enthusiasts at the Miami Beach Convention Center. (The fair opens to invited guests one day early, Wednesday, Dec. 5.)

The slide show at left offers a selection of works that will be on offer at the fair, from historical greats, contemporary stars and—perhaps most exciting of all—names that will be new to many.
