Screening: “Vision Quest Screening,” presented by Nicole Klagsbrun at Anthology Film Archives
If you missed “Vision Quest,” the group show at Nicole Klagsbrun inspired by the work of Los Angeles-based artist, occultist and actress Cameron Parsons, don’t miss this screening. Presenting a smattering of work related to the exhibition, this screening includes Curtis Harrington’s visual portrait of Ms. Parsons, The Wormwood Star, Kenneth Anger’s Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome, featuring Ms. Parsons, as well as works by Chris Kraus, Amy Granat, Dmitri Hertz and more. —Rozalia Jovanovic

Performance: Peter Edwards, “Nova Drone” at the Clocktower Gallery
As part of his residency at the Clocktower Gallery, American artist and musician Peter Edwards will be presenting an interactive soundscape. He will be performing on 10 “NovaDrones” or, what we’re told are “mini-synthesizers” or experimental musical kits that emit a drone that distorts and wavers in frequency in reaction to light, sound and movement throughout the space in homage to the oscillations people experience while traversing the chaotic landscape of New York. and get there before 7 p.m. as there’s no admittance after. —R.J.

Performance: MoMA Nights with Ulrich Ziegler
Stephen Ulrich and Itamar Ziegler play the Sculpture Garden. Ulrich formerly of Big Lazy, Ziegler formerly of Pink Noise now of Balkan Beat Box. This is their first time playing together and the event promises to be “at once noir and otherworldly, the elegantly gritty ensemble plays evocative, cinematic music that conjures images of everything from seedy backrooms to stark landscapes” according to the press release. —D.D.

Screening: “Members-Only: Warhol Rarities” at Anthology Film Archives
As a special treat open only to its members, Anthology will screen Andy Warhol’s films Camp (1965) and The Closet (1966), which are rarely shown.
