Friday afternoon, Creative Time held its inaugural Artist Sandcastle Competition. Producing everything from traditional structures to tableaux vivants, the artists used way more than just sand to realize their visions. Ryan McNamara buried some art world bigwigs in sand, Tom Sachs brought a motorized pump and Kenya Robinson got her team all tied up.
