Always wanted to hang with Slavoj Žižek? Your chance has finally arrived.

Creative Time’s annual summit is coming up in October, and the organization is looking for “a cultural producer from our dynamic global audience whose work tackles issues of wealth inequity and uses creative strategies to mobilize social change.” You can apply through the organization’s website to speak alongside the likes of Mr. Žižek, Suzanne Lacy and Malkia Cyril at the event.

We are seeking an inspirational 8-minute talk about a single project that speaks to the issue of wealth inequity, highlights the political implications of your practice, and showcases what your work has done to discuss, expose, or challenge a specific issue.

You can apply through Creative Time’s website. The winner gets airfare to New York and accommodations from Oct 11 to 14. Materials are due by Aug. 29. More details here.
