Bottino Owner Opens New Chelsea Restaurant

T: The New York Times Style Magazine reports that Danny Emerman, owner of go-to Chelsea restaurant Bottino, has opened a new shop a few doors up on 10th Avenue.

The new restaurant, Chop Shop, is Taiwanese, and tiny. Linda Yablonsky deemed the shredded beef salad “scrumptious and spiced just right.”
