Friday night, The Observer was in Hudson, N.Y., for a pre-NADA Hudson spoken word performance by poet, photographer and former Andy Warhol collaborator Gerard Malanga and Sonic Youth’s Lee Ranaldo at a converted glue factory called Basilica Hudson. Saturday morning NADA Hudson opened, with 48 galleries each presenting one work by an artist inside the huge building. In the slide show at left, a brief look at the action.
