Marat Guelman, the Moscow–based contemporary art dealer who announced recently that he will close his gallery, along with two of his colleagues, speaks with The Telegraph. Eighty percent of his clients now live outside of Russia, he said. "Most wealthy people in Russia are either state bureaucrats or affiliated with the state and they’re not interested in revealing their income, so they don't collect." [The Telegraph]
