Art Platform Los Angeles Fair Teams With Frederick Fisher and Partners

As we've already mentioned, Art Platform Los Angeles will relocate to the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport for the second edition of its modern and contemporary art fair in LA. The latest news is that the fair has partnered with the architectural firm Frederick Fisher and Partners to transform the Barker Hangar into an exhibition space.

The fair will incorporate "indoor and outdoor vegetation" as well as "embrace natural light," according to a press release. The Barker Hangar is 35,000 square feet and is located on the grounds of a private jet airport. The Art Los Angeles Contemporary fair has previously used the hangar.

Art Platform runs Sept. 28–30.
