At his resort presentation, the fashion designer Thakoon Panichugal spoke of two major influences: cake frosting and Pace Gallery’s recent exhibition of work by Fred Wilson. Here, Mr. Panichugal gave T: The New York Times Style Magazine a look at one of the designs from the collection, which they describe as “pretty jacquard dresses with acidic pastel stripes, a number of leather and silk mash-ups, a series of longer, more fluid floral pieces (jumpsuit included).” The Pace exhibition, Mr. Wilson’s first major solo show in the U.S.  in six years, explored the artist’s relationship with Venice.
