The Art Students League of New York has opened its second Model to Monument (M2M)  exhibition of public works at Riverside Park South at 59th Street.

The second year of M2M, a collaboration with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, includes seven sculptures that explore the theme of "flux," in particular the changing face of the Hudson River. The works are by Sequoyah Aono, Roberto Franzone, Michael Cloud Hirschfeld, HakSul Lee, Renata Pugh, Damien Armando Vera and Olga Rudenko.

Parks Commissioner Adrian Benepe said in a statement, "Riverside Park is already one of the City's great outdoor destinations, and the Art Students League's latest installation is just another good reason to come visit the park."
