Art Miami, the art fair in southern Florida that has been running for more than two decades, will be coming to the East End this summer to present Art Southampton.

The new fair will take place July 26-30 inside a 75,000-square-foot pavilion in an 18-acre field behind the Southampton Elks Lodge. Art Southampton will include around 70 international galleries including Hollis Taggart, Edelman Arts, Waterhouse & Dodd, Allan Stone and others.

So: don't even think about escaping to the beach for a few restful, art fair-free weeks. The art world will hunt you down, even at your summer home, and it won't rest until you've bought something.
