This year, the Metropolitan Museum of Art's banner Constume Institute Gala will be livestreamed on Amazon.com and the Vogue website. Here are a few details from AnimalNY, where we learned the news:

The event’s organizers have enlisted former contributing editor of Vogue William Norwich and model Elettra Wiedemann to host the live stream, which will presumably involve a lot of “What are you wearing?” and interviews with Met Ball chairs, Carey Mulligan, Miuccia Prada and Anna Wintour.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. on May 7.
