A New York Supreme Court judge recently foreclosed on a 11,800-square-foot Beaux Arts building at at 126 East 13th Street that has served as a stable, a machine shop and, in the late 1970s, a studio for Frank Stella.
The Real Deal reports that the building’s current owners had intended to build a condo there, but defaulted on a $9 million loan.
