Tony Bennett, who has apparently dabbled in painting for several years, recently painted a portrait of Lady Gaga in the nude, the sketches for which will soon be sold for charity.
From Page Six:
“After recording the ditty ‘The Lady Is a Tramp’ with Bennett for his ‘Duets II’ album, Gaga posed nude for the crooner to paint. Leibovitz captured the session for [Vanity Fair], and also shot a series of additional Gaga fashion photos for the January issue.”
News to us! We haven’t had a chance to peruse the latest VF and we’re pretty sure this wasn’t mentioned in the Gay Talese New Yorker piece about that recording session.
