Have you had a chance to see the new Paul McCarthy show at Hauser & Wirth yet?

The show, "THE DWARVES, THE FORESTS," features bronze statues, for the most part, and is a continuation of his 2009 New York exhibition "WHITE SNOW." Where "WHITE SNOW" offered graphite drawings and collages inspired by the Snow White fable and Disney movie, "THE DWARVES, THE FORESTS" brings everything into the third dimension. The end result looks like the concept art for a horrific movie version of the fable.

Make sure you don't miss the giant wooden statue of Snow White and Dopey merging together in the back room. See for yourself...
