Just two weeks after announcing that he would step down as director of the Prospect biennial in New Orleans, Dan Cameron has been tapped by the Orange Country Museum of Art, in Newport Beach, California, to become its chief curator, Artforum.com reports.

Mr. Cameron previously served as senior curator at the New Museum, from 1995 to 2006, where, Artforum.com points out, OCMA director Dennis Szakacs held the position of deputy director from 1996 to 2003.
