Marina Abramovic has listed her Soho apartment at 70 Grand (at Wooster) on Sotheby’s with an asking price of $3.495 million.

The world-renowned performance artist originally bought the loft a decade ago for $1.5 million. The 11-foot ceilings are just perfect for parties, or if you wanted to, say, suspend yourself from the rafters while topless.
